A very scarce and highly desirable early German SA bugle, preserved in outstanding condition.
This piece still carries its original eagle with swastika emblem on the horn – a detail seldom encountered on surviving examples.
The bugle retains its original fabric wrapping around the tubing, adding greatly to its authenticity and character. It comes with two different mouthpieces, both fitting properly. The instrument itself is remarkably well-preserved, showing only very minor wear and remaining largely free from dents or damage.
SA bugles were used during parades, rallies, and ceremonial occasions in the early years of the movement, making them iconic symbols of that era. Due to their fragile nature and heavy use, few authentic examples have survived, especially in such complete condition.
A truly rare and impressive piece of early SA equipment – perfect for the advanced collector.
