Offered here is a well-preserved and fully working German military marching compass from the World War II era. This classic field instrument remains in excellent mechanical condition — the needle moves freely and settles quickly, and the locking mechanism still works as intended.

The housing shows light, honest wear consistent with field use, but no damage or repairs. The original finish is still visible, and the markings are sharp and legible. A true testament to German wartime engineering.

These compasses were standard issue for Wehrmacht troops and played a crucial role in navigation across various fronts. A great collectible item that’s not only historical, but still functional.

One small piece is missing from the back. Please see picture 4.
