Extremely Rare WW2 Reichsadler Wax Seal Stamp – Heavy Tombak Construction

On the reverse side of the stamp, in incredibly small letters, someone carefully engraved in Dutch:  
"....A. Hitler for his brave conduct."
 
Given the precision and aging of the engraving, it is highly likely that this was done during World War II, making this item a one-of-a-kind historical artifact.
