A very nice Wehrmacht field spoon, dated 1941 and stamped FBCM with the eagle acceptance mark.
 
This piece is in solid condition, showing authentic period wear but still very well-preserved for its age.
The maker, FBCM (Franz Brehme, C.M.), was one of the wartime manufacturers supplying cutlery and field gear to the German armed forces during WWII. The clear eagle stamp confirms Wehrmacht issue and adds to the collectability of this item.
