A rare and fully functional piece of WWII communication history – this original Feldfernsprecher 33 (FF33) field telephone was manufactured in 1941 by E. Becker u. Co., Berlin, as confirmed by the clear maker’s mark and date stamp on the casing.

What truly sets this specimen apart is that it is still in working condition. We've discreetly added two wires with clip terminals (without altering or damaging the original unit), allowing it to run on a simple flat 4.5V battery. With this setup, it can actually transmit and receive signals — just like it did over 80 years ago. This makes it not only a highly collectible item but also a functional conversation piece for displays, reenactments, or educational purposes.
