The set includes the original canvas carrying bag , clearly Wartime stamped with maker and date, as well as the full gas mask assembly with flexible rubber hose and filter canister . The rubber components remain soft and pliable , showing no signs of cracking or stiffness—extremely rare for a set of this age.
Even the elastic straps on the facepiece are still fully stretchable and intact , making this an exceptional preserved example. The interior and exterior are both very clean, and all parts are clearly War Department marked .
