This is a beautiful and authentic Kriegsmarine serving platter , produced in 1941 by Johann Haviland , one of the well-known porcelain manufacturers supplying the German Navy during WWII.
The platter features the classic Kriegsmarine eagle and “M” marking beneath the glaze—clear, sharp, and fully intact—making it an excellent representative piece of naval tableware from the period.
Crafted in durable white porcelain with elegant lines typical of Haviland's production, this platter was part of the formal service used aboard ships and naval facilities. It carries light signs of age and use, but remains in very good condition overall.
Kriegsmarine porcelain is increasingly sought after, and serving pieces of this size and quality are becoming harder to find—especially from this reputable maker and with a 1941 date stamp.
A highly collectible item and a perfect addition to any Kriegsmarine or WWII porcelain display.
